Certifications

This course prepares you for PMI® certification in Business Analysis. To register, you must meet the admission requirements.

The test will be carried out on an online simulator with MCQ-type questions (in English only for the moment), and the result will be transmitted immediately as a percentage of overall success and by chapter.

At the end of each theme, you can assess your level with a dedicated questionnaire, which will then be corrected and explained in class. You’ll also be put in the best possible condition to pass the exam, as you’ll be able to answer a large number of multiple-choice questions very similar to those you’ll be asked.

Target audience

This course is aimed at practitioners with experience in Business Analysis, or AMOA, who wish to have their experience recognized with the internationally recognized Project Management Institute certification.

Prerequisites

Have read “The PMI Guide to Business Analysis” at least once
Knowledge of theGuide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
Have attended the “Business Analysis Foundation” course or be familiar with all the techniques referenced in “The PMI Guide to Business Analysis”.
Be fluent in English (CEFR B1+/B2), as the exam is only available in this language. Although the course is given in French, we use English terms for Business Analysis concepts (e.g. requirement instead ofexigence). All these concepts are introduced in French in the first chapter of the course.
