Very good experiences to share
As a Scrum master, I wanted keys and tools to manage “the human side”. The simple tools for understanding people’s personal motivations, for knowing how to define a framework and support “the human side” are very effective. I’m going to use them in my work.

Setting the scene
Oliver understood my practical context and answered the questions relevantly. He has great experience and an excellent ability to convey knowledge by placing it in a context, comparing it with other methods and giving positive examples as well as situations where it’s difficult or unsuitable.

During the training, the trainer gave many examples and ideas for applying the techniques in my professional context. She has a great deal of experience in analysis across different companies and suggested approaches adapted to the context.
