Business process management is a systematic method for identifying, implementing, evaluating, managing and monitoring business processes, whether automated or manual. This approach aims to produce uniform, specific results, perfectly in line with the company’s strategic goals.

The Association of Business Process Management International (ABPMP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of process management principles and best practices on an international scale. It consolidates and shares these best practices through the publication of the “Guide to the Business Process Management Common Body of Knowledge”, commonly known as the BPM CBOK.
