Advantages and objectives

The shift in Project Management towards Agile has become unavoidable, and all activities have their own Agile variation: development, testing, architecture, etc. However, many approaches and methods ignore the world around projects, or tell management to stay out of the way.

This course fills that need, exploring the 8 topics of agile management. He presents each topic based on experience. Participants will be encouraged to put associated techniques into practice.

  • Identifying complexity
  • Responding with management principles
  • Master the appropriate techniques in the fields covered
  • Understanding the leadership role that management must play

At the end of this training course, participants will know how to create a dynamic, motivating environment and guide teams towards global objectives. This will further develop their leadership skills.

Course content

  • Leader in an agile organization: What is agility and how to practice it? What is the role of the leader in this context?
  • Addressing complexity: What principles should be applied to complex problems? How can systems thinking help us?
