Insurance, Pension funds

We have worked on the creation or extension of numerous vertical management systems in Switzerland and France.

We have extensive expertise in products (non-life P&C insurance, personal insurance, pensions, fund-linked products), processes (from front to back office) and all integrated systems: CRM, accounting (customer, analytical, financial), business intelligence.
Actuarial calculations and tax optimization are areas in which we are particularly adept.

Group finance, Group consolidation

We have helped international groups to optimize their consolidation, margin analysis and controlling processes, either by creating them from scratch or by implementing standard tools.

Implementation of a complete consolidation and controlling system with analytical tools for Mettler-Toledo.
Development of a proprietary solution for group reporting, consolidation, contribution margin analysis and purchasing management for the Tetra Pak group.
Preparation of a reporting system, with a focus on contribution margin analysis and production planning, for the Geberit Group’s going public.
