This course will introduce you to the basics of agile project management and the key points to bear in mind when managing this type of project.
By building on its solid foundations, Scrum makes it possible to deliver agile projects in organizations that require Project Management to be synonymous with standards, rigor and visibility, without hampering the speed, change and autonomy that agility offers.
At the end of the 2 days, you will have the opportunity to obtain your Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.

The course will be of interest to anyone involved in projects, whatever their skills: experienced or inexperienced project managers, IT managers and staff, programmers, project staff.
Interest in agility. For certification, participants are expected to prepare themselves personally during the evening preceding the exam, using the manual.
After attending the course, you can take the test to obtain the “Scrum Master” certificate. This is an online multiple-choice test comprising 80 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. With a result of 85% or more, you’ll receive the appropriate certificate. Exam fees are included in the course price.
