Certifications

This course prepares you for PMI® certification in Business Analysis. To register, you must meet the admission requirements.

The test will be carried out on an online simulator with MCQ-type questions (in English only for the moment), and the result will be transmitted immediately as a percentage of overall success and by chapter.

All the chapters, techniques and key concepts of Business Analysis according to the PMBOK® Guide will be reviewed:

  • Role of the Business Analyst and the Business Analysis Environment
  • Needs Assessment
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Elicitation
  • Analysis
  • Traceability and Monitoring
  • Solutions Evaluation

At the end of each theme, you can assess your level with a dedicated questionnaire, which will then be corrected and explained in class. You’ll also be put in the best possible condition to pass the exam, as you’ll be able to answer a large number of multiple-choice questions very similar to those you’ll be asked.

Part of the course will be devoted to putting together your file, preparing you for the day of the exam, and providing personalized advice:

– Types of questions asked
– The interface
– The examination center
– A few tips to help you get ready for the big day
– Pitfalls to avoid

Finally, the session ends with registration for the Watermark Learning online tool, and a final test of around 50 questions.
