Strategic analysis

As the majority of business analysts are not regularly involved in the preparatory phases of projects, this module details the BABOK v3 approach to strategic analysis, as well as all the methods and techniques specific to this context.

During this training course, we will study in detail all the chapters of BABoK 3.0 in preparation for the exam.
