IREB – CPRE Certification – Certified Professional for Requirement Engineering

This course provides you with a basic understanding of requirements engineering based on the recognized IREB® (International Requirements Engineering Board) standard.

It will prepare you to obtain the CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) Foundation Level certificate, which attests to your skills in the requirements field.

Successful implementation of IT solutions means taking into account the demands of stakeholders, and meeting deadlines and budgets. To do this, requests must be collected carefully and in as much detail as possible. This will help to identify and avoid conflicts between different needs and objectives at an early stage, and reduce the need for costly modifications later on.

The objectives of this course are as follows:

• Knowledge of Requirements Engineering methods and processes
• Understand the effects of different implementation approaches (Standards Software and/or custom development) and evaluate the integration of foreign sourcing or partners.
• Prepare optimally for the IREB® “Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering – Foundation Level” certification.
