This course will introduce you to the basics of Agile Project Management, as well as the key points to bear in mind when managing this type of project.

At the end of this course, you will be able to take your AgilePM® certification. Building on the solid foundations of DSDM, this new certification makes it possible to deliver agile projects in organizations requiring Project Management to be synonymous with standards, rigor and visibility, without hampering the speed, change and autonomy offered by Agile.

As its name suggests, this Agile Project Management qualification teaches users of the method the fundamental principles required to manage a project successfully, while granting a certain latitude and agility that many other methodologies don’t offer. Prerequisites

Interest in Agility. For certification, participants are expected to prepare themselves personally with the help of the manual during the evening prior to the exam.

Certification

After attending the course, you can take the test for the APMG “Agile Project Management Foundation” certificate. This is an online multiple-choice test comprising 60 questions to be answered in 60 minutes, with the book closed. With a result of 50% or more, you’ll receive the appropriate certificate. Exam fees are not included in the course price.
